The Kaplan Family Hospice House provides inpatient/acute hospice and respite care for patients in eastern Massachusetts.
Each of the 20 patient suites features a private patio with movable patient beds for those who wish to spend some time outdoors.
The country kitchen is where patient meals are prepared and families gather for coffee, tea or light snacks. An afternoon snack cart visits each room.

A special pediatric suite is available for children who need complex pain and symptom management.
Several gardens and wetlands surround the Kaplan House, including the Veterans Memorial Garden and The Garden of Remembrance.
